Room-Based
Room-Based Collaboration Glossary
Plain-language definitions for rooms, room context, agent participation, and coordination patterns.
Room
A room is a shared collaboration space where people, messages, files, decisions, and agents can stay connected to the same context.
Room Context
Room context is the accumulated information that makes a conversation useful later: participants, messages, sources, media, decisions, unresolved questions, and next steps.
Agent Participation
Agent participation means an AI agent works inside the shared room instead of only responding from a detached sidebar or private prompt.
Public Room
A public room is discoverable or shareable beyond a private member list, depending on the room’s configuration and product permissions.
